2025-Current
Peel
I’m so freaking proud of this special forces candidate
He came to me in March of 2025 as a 68C (Practical Nursing Specialist) in the Army Reserves, while also attending nursing school, with the goal of going active duty and attempting Special Forces Selection.
From day one, he’s trusted the process. I tell him what to do, and he executes. Like all of us, he’s had moments where he fell off track but he’s always been honest about it. We talk, reset, and game plan the next move.
When he first came in, he was doing CrossFit but didn’t have the right structure in his diet or supplements. Fast forward:
Down 35 lbs
Just as strong as before
Leaner, faster, better endurance
Higher work capacity & recovery
All while finishing his nursing program
Now, we’re feeding him up to maximize performance, increase resiliency for brutal workloads, and add a little weight heading into selection at the end of the year.
We’re at the point where he can run 16 miles on the spot, lift right after, and recover in just two days.
This is what happens when you stick to the plan for months on end.
It doesn’t happen in a day, a week, or even a month.
It’s day in, day out, just chipping away.

2023-Current
Vashawn
Working with Vashawn has been nothing short of amazing and rewarding. When we first met, Vashawn was juggling graveyard shifts and hitting the gym immediately afterward. He had just begun a journey of self-improvement, working with a mindset coach to tackle his mental challenges, but he came to me because he needed help addressing the physical ones.
Vashawn had started his fitness journey multiple times before, but each time, something would cause him to fall off track, and he never quite reached his goals. He dealt with achy joints, muscle cramps, and frustration from not seeing the progress he wanted. He knew something had to change, but he didn’t know how to break the cycle.
We worked closely together, and Vashawn even invested in my in-person coaching services to dive deeper into learning everything he could. We focused on perfecting his form and helped him understand that he didn’t always need to lift heavy to get results. This allowed him to target the specific muscles he wanted, and we started sculpting his physique in a way that felt sustainable.
The transformation was incredible. Vashawn has now lost 70 pounds of fat, gained 25 pounds of muscle, and earned a managerial role in his company. Beyond just physical strength, he’s become more athletic, confident, and happier in his life.

2015-Current
Cisco
When I first met Cisco, his schedule was nothing short of overwhelming. He was a full-time law student, working full-time as a juvenile corrections officer, and still found time to be a very present father. Somehow, he even managed to hit the gym late at night. But despite his incredible work ethic, he was struggling with digestion issues, getting very little sleep, and not seeing the results he wanted in the gym.
Cisco had a clear goal: he wanted a more commanding presence, both at work and in the future courtroom. But he wasn’t sure how to commit any more time and effort to his already packed routine. That’s when I explained to him that he didn’t need to work harder—he just needed to make his efforts more productive.
We tackled his diet, pinpointing the issues that were holding him back, and swapped his supplements for better results. Even though his sleep time remained limited, we focused on enhancing the quality of his sleep, which made a huge difference. With these changes, Cisco finally started making the progress he had been working so hard for.
Now, Cisco is a practicing attorney, an even more involved father, and enjoying the gym more than ever. After nearly a decade of working together, he’s now entrusted me with his son’s training, helping him reach the state level in wrestling.

2017
Vern
I first met Vern while he was working at a local supplement store. From the start, it was clear that Vern was no stranger to the gym—he looked the part. But when it came to competing, he was completely in the dark. Despite having the dedication and discipline, he had never taken the stage and didn’t know how to prepare for it.
Vern had worked with another coach for months, but instead of personalized guidance, he was handed generic templates that weren’t tailored to his unique needs. The lack of progress made him question whether he’d ever be ready to compete, and doubt began to creep in about whether pursuing this goal was even the right choice.
That’s when Vern came to me. I took the time to analyze everything—what he had done before and what his previous coach had prescribed. It was clear that his plan wasn’t designed for his body type, schedule, or goals. So, we made targeted adjustments. We tailored his diet to fit his needs and shifted his supplementation to a more health-conscious approach that eased unnecessary stress on his body.
Once these changes were in place, Vern’s body responded quickly. We were back on track toward his goal, and by the time show day arrived, he stepped on stage in phenomenal shape. Vern not only took second place in his very first competition but also enjoyed every moment of the experience, sharing the triumph with his loved ones.

2015
Ryan
When Ryan first came to me, he had been working out for years but was frustrated with his lack of muscle gain. Despite all his efforts, he couldn’t achieve the physique he wanted, and the dream of competing in a men’s physique competition seemed out of reach. His busy life as a student and bartender left him feeling like he didn’t have the time or energy to work out consistently or follow the strict diets he thought were necessary.
Ryan was stuck, feeling like he would never reach his goal—but deep down, he knew there had to be a better way. That’s when he decided to take a leap and ask for help.
I quickly realized that Ryan didn’t need more hours in the gym or endless cardio sessions. What he needed was a structured diet and workout plan that fit into his chaotic schedule. Together, we crafted a program that gave him the fuel he needed—even on his busiest days behind the bar—without demanding hours of cardio or extreme sacrifices.
The results were life-changing. By the time Ryan stepped on stage for his first men’s physique competition, he was in phenomenal shape. But the transformation didn’t stop there. His confidence soared, he mastered time management, and, as if all that wasn’t enough, he landed a high-paying job with a tech company he had been pursuing for years.
