Online Diet and Training Coaching
Personal training isn’t always in everyone’s budget, which is why online coaching is a smart, affordable way to get expert guidance. After a quick questionnaire and 30-minute consultation, Coach Dan creates a custom program based on your goals, lifestyle, and history. You’ll review it together on a one-hour Zoom call, then check in weekly to track progress, tackle challenges, and make adjustments as needed to reach your goals.
You can choose whether you’d like nutrition coaching only or combine it with both training and nutrition for a complete approach. To get the most from this program, a basic understanding of lifting experience and body mechanics is required.

One Time Coaching Services

For those who want expert guidance without ongoing coaching, Elite Fitness Evolution offers one-time services to give you the clarity and structure you need. You can book a one-hour consultation with Coach Dan to get answers to your specific health and fitness questions—whether it’s supplements, bodybuilding peak week, carb-loading for an event, or strategies to overcome training plateaus.
If you’d like a complete plan to follow on your own, choose the one-time 3-month program, which includes a personalized nutrition and training plan crafted around your goals, lifestyle, and abilities. After a consultation call and detailed questionnaire, you’ll receive a 3-month program with recommended adjustments built in, giving you the confidence and direction to stay on track independently.

1:1 Personal Training
In-person training gives you accountability, encouragement, and expert guidance to stay on track while glorifying God through your efforts.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness or have years of experience without the results you want, 1:1 training with Coach Dan is a powerful way to move forward. Sessions are held weekly at THE GYM in Mesa, AZ, or Coach Dan can travel to you, walking alongside you every step of the journey.
